HIGHED 634 Public Policy Issues in Higher Education This core course explores the development of higher education policy. It is both a primer in how economics and politics form public policy and a critical look at this fusion in higher education. The course examines the formation of higher education policy at the federal, regional, and state levels or government.
Prerequisite(s): Graduate students in HIGHED only
