Description: This course studies of health throughout the life span, using theory, research, and practice models emerging in health psychology, community-based public health, and work addressing gender and racial disparities in health and mental health. Through individualized journals and final projects, students will study interventions mobilizing individual, family, and social resources preventing illness and promoting health in diverse settings.
