Gerontology, MS (Management of Aging Services track) (online)

This completely online program offered by the nonprofit University of Massachusetts Boston is designed to provide students with advanced training in gerontology.

Our students are socially conscious opportunity seekers who care deeply about aging people. Knowing that seniors are the fastest growing segment of the population, they anticipate an increased demand for programs and services for the elderly. Students seek to advance their careers working with the aging population in a variety of professional settings.

Chat Sessions

All courses include synchronous chats between students and the instructor weekly or bi-weekly. These chats are held in the evenings EST or weekends. They provide students with the opportunity to interact directly with their fellow classmates and the instructor, allowing for lectures, questions and answers, and general discussions. Students are required to participate in these chat sessions.
