Description: An historical survey of Western art and architecture from the fifteenth century to the twentieth century. The course deals with different aspects of the art of the Renaissance in Italy and the North, the Baroque and Rococo, Neoclassicism and Romanticism, Realism and Impressionism, and Post-Impressionism. (Course offered in the spring only.)
