Description: This course is a multidisciplinary exploration of the structure and growth of knowledge. It examines the linkages of empirical, aesthetic, ethical, personal, and sociopolitical patterns of knowing with the conceptual models or paradigms of diverse disciplines. The course constructs a conceptual-theoretical-empirical structure for research into the generating and testing of theory.
