Description: This course will delve into a number of issues related to diversity in the global workforce: how to understand and appreciate the dimensions of diversity in the global workforce (including gender, race, nationality, religion, sexual orientation, disability, class); how to learn across differences in order to work more effectively together; how to contribute to and manage teams with diverse composition; how to be a leader and change agent on issues regarding diversity and inclusion; how corporations can be on the leading edge of policies to enhance economic opportunity for a diverse workforce; how diversity is understood and approached globally.
