ART 220 is an introduction to the field of Graphic Design. Lectures, discussion, and readings will give students an informed appreciation of visual communication strategy. Class projects will hone students’ practical ability to create visual solutions and messaging with clarity and effectiveness. Throughout the semester, students will gain mastery of various technical skills so that they can freely express their design intent.
