BIOL 560 Bioinformatics This course provides a fundamental overview of bioinformatics, which is the collection, organization, and analysis of biological information. Topics include data searches and sequence alignments, substitution patterns, phylogenetics, genomics, protein, and RNA structure prediction, and proteomics.
