Description: This course studies hormone physiology and biochemistry in the context of organismal regulation and coordination. Topics include hormone chemistry, control and regulation of hormone production, and the cellular and biochemical nature of hormone action. Emphasis is placed on mammalian systems and on laboratory and clinical investigations of the endocrine system.
Enrollment Requirements: Pre-requisite = Graduate degree student in Biology or permission.
