Public History Track

Track Requirements

Complete six to nine courses including four or five required courses and two or four electives.

Students in this track may complete a capstone or thesis as their final project.

Students in this track must also complete a professional training and development requirement by attending workshops, seminars, conferences, webinars, or institutes related to public history. The four opportunities must be approved by the director of public history and only one opportunity may be virtual.
