Admission Requirements

In addition to the criteria below, applicants must meet general graduate admission requirements .

• Official transcripts - When you apply online, you must submit official transcripts from each college or university you attended, even if you were not awarded a degree.
• Letters of recommendation - Submit two letters of recommendation from people familiar with your academic abilities.
• Résumé/curriculum vitae
• Writing sample - optional
• Statement of purpose - Answer both questions:
  1. Describe one or more specific experiences you have had with conflict. What was your role? What were your rewards and frustrations? (500-750 words)     
  2. How will you apply the skills, knowledge, and perspective acquired through the program in your current and/or future employment? (500-750 words)
