Description: This course is intended to provide an introduction to the study of neuroscience both for those students who intend to pursue the discipline in greater depth in future coursework and for those who are seeking an overview of the field as part of the broader study of the mind. By the end of the course students should be familiar with general concepts of brain organization and function and a general idea of the different subfields involved in the study of the nervous system in both humans and animals.
Enrollment Requirements: Prerequisite: PSYCH 100 or PSYCH 101
